Basic specs for creating your Stream Deck Icons

Icons can be both static and animated files, below are some specs and recommendations to optimize your files.

Static:

• 144x144px

• JPEG, PNG or SVG files accepted

• Minimize file size as best as possible to keep loading time to a minimum

Animated:

• 144x144px

• GIF or WEBP files accepted

• Minimize file size as best as possible to keep loading time to a minimum (<500kb is best for larger icon packs with upwards of 100 icons)

• Recommend to keep frame rate of animations low (10-20fps)

• Recommend to keep animation length to a minimum (5s or less is ideal)
